Vancouver Mysteries is thrilled to announce that we’ve won a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2015 award!
TripAdvisor’s prestigious Certificate of Excellence awards denote the very best the world’s largest travel site has to offer, including accommodations, eateries, attractions and more.
Vancouver Mysteries’ First Win
The entire Vancouver Mysteries team is ecstatic about the win – the company’s first – particularly co-owners Tanya Bennett and Will Woods, who took over Vancouver Mysteries in April 2014.
“We’re thrilled to receive this honour,” says Bennett.
“Our team works hard every day to offer quality experiences to locals and visitors alike and it’s fantastic to be recognized for that hard work. We’d like to thank our guests for the incredible reviews that led to this award.”
TripAdvisor is a key part of Vancouver Mysteries’ operation, explains Woods. Guests share honest feedback on the social travel site that the company can then use to offer even better guest experiences.
“We take our feedback from our guests very seriously,” he says.
“It’s a great way for us to engage with our guests.”
Vancouver Mysteries is ranked five stars on TripAdvisor and holds the No. 1 spot for Fun & Games in Vancouver.
Certificate of Excellence
Now in its fifth year, the Certificate of Excellence award honours hospitality businesses that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor.
In order to select winners, TripAdvisor analyzes the quality, quantity and recency of reviews and opinions submitted by travellers over a 12 month period as well as a business’ tenure and overall ranking on the site’s popularity index.
Marc Charron, President of TripAdvisor for Business explained the importance of the awards.
“TripAdvisor is pleased to honour exceptional hospitality businesses that have received consistent praise and recognition by travellers on the site,” he wrote in a release.
“By putting a spotlight on businesses that are focused on delivering great service to customers, TripAdviosr not only helps drive increasing hospitality standards around the world, it also gives businesses both large and small the ability to shine and stand out from the competition.”
