Mission Control has intercepted a coded message sent by BLACKOUT, a dangerous organization dedicated to the descruction of downtown Vancouver. We are sending out more than one spy team on this difficult mission in the hopes that at least one of you will save the city.
You’ve got two hours to save the city.
