Vancouver Mysteries and BSafe

In our ongoing effort to keep our staff and customers safe during the COVID-19 pandemic Vancouver Mysteries team members were certified with the BSafe program last fall (we are just blogging about it now because we’ve been so busy running games!).

The BSafe program is an online health and safety program to help businesses in the tourism industry continue to operate safely. Completing the BSafe course through Go2HR helps us make sure everyone has a good, and safe, time! The BSafe course included 6 modules that go in depth on how to operate during the pandemic. They helped us make policy decisions relateed to handling proof of vaccination as well as keeping a safe and clean workplace environment for the benefit of all of our spies, detectives, and superheroes. We have left our COVID Safety Plan published on our site to document how we adapted to the different health orders with our games and business operations since we re-opened for business on May 23, 2020. You can view it here.

Vancouver Mysteries games take place either online or outdoors. We acknowledge that this made it easier for us to operate our business while complying with many public heath regulations. As of the time of writing this blog post, our Game Operators remain masked during games and we continue to quarantined our game kits between games.
