ALLOW AT LEAST 2 HOURS GAME TIME WHEN PLANNING YOUR DAY, PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLETE THE GAME TO EARN A STAMP.
HOW IT WORKS
Important Information – Please Read Carefully
You and your guest will be added to a team with up to 4 other players* so that we can accommodate as many people as possible. If you have any concerns about this, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your request to play in a private team (space is limited).
*This is for the Tourism Challenge only. Our regular games do not function this way – if you sign up for a Vancouver Mysteries outdoor escape game any other time, teams are always private (only the people you signed up with).
A detective or agent from Vancouver Mysteries meets you at the beginning and end of your mystery to give you everything you need to play.

We will ask to see your Tourism Passport when you arrive. If you are unable to show your passport you will be asked to pay for your spot or your booking will be cancelled.
- You must book your game ahead of time – no walk ups.
- You must complete the game to earn your stamp (no exceptions).
- The promo code in your passport adjusts the cost to $14 per player (+ tax) for you and one guest. This special price is a savings of over 60% off the regular price of $38 per player.
- The game start location varies – check your emails! You will receive an email with instructions where to meet us. Please watch for this email and make sure each player signs the digital waiver before game day (we will send you a link to our digital waivers).
- Bring your kid(s)! We have a game for younger players and up to two kids under six can join your team for free – look for Heroes & Villains Family availability on the games listed on this page. Please let us know if you are bringing them along so we have enough gear set aside for your team.
- A fun team building activity! Book your team building activity during the Tourism Challenge and pay the promotional price and earn a stamp (minimum 7 players, you can pick the date and time – this is our busy season so book ahead).
