- Enter the voucher/gift certificate code during check out.
- Provide the other information requested (example: choose the date and time of the game, provide a contact phone number, etc).
- Enjoy your game! (You will receive more information about your booking by email.)

Please note a minimum of two players is required to play a Vancouver Mysteries game. Gift certificates have no cash value. To check the status of a gift certificate, please contact us at [email protected] or 778-707-1962. If you can send us a photo of your gift certificate or email us the reference code, number of players and expiry date (if applicable) that will help us with our detective work so we can get you booked in asap.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT GIFT CERTIFICATES PURCHASED BEFORE AUGUST 20 2024
Vancouver Mysteries purchased up to August 20 2024 (before we changed to a new booking software) were sold as experiences and have no cash value and expire 18 months from the date of purchase. You can read about this type of gift certificate here. We have added these to our new booking system and your codes should still work, if not please contact us and we’ll help you use it. Our new Gift Certificates (starting August 20 2024) are for dollar amounts vs a specific service. The good news is that they never expire! The bad news is they may not cover the cost of an experience if the prices do not match. If you need help choosing a dollar amount for your gift, please contact us.
