We do not sell food and beverages*. There are plenty of options for food and drinks near the game start/end and along the game route. *Some special events may take place at venues that have food and beverage available on site for purchase: please check the event info or your booking confirmation for details.

What are your terms & conditions?

You will be asked to agree to our Terms and Conditions during the booking process. Each player is also asked to agree to them when they sign a digital waiver (required to participate in a game). They are also available on our Terms and Conditions page.

Do you have bathrooms?

Some of our start locations have access to a restroom but they may not always be open. There are restrooms around the city along the game route (examples: shopping mall food court, etc.).

Can you shorten your games?

Our games are designed to last between 1.5 and 2 hours with the story unfolding as the players attempt to solve the mystery.  Unfortunately we cannot remove any part of the story to shorten the game as it will disrupt the mystery and would leave players missing out on clues and answers.
