If you booked your game directly with us, contact us to change your date or time. If you’re not sure, check your booking confirmation email to see where you booked (and look for instructions there).
If you booked your game through Fever you will be able to change your booking date or time by yourself. Go to your Fever ticket & choose change date/time. We will instantly cancel your booking & share a voucher so you can book for another time. Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience.
If you booked a game through another ticketing platform, you should contact them to change your date and time. They collect the payment on their end and changes must be arranged directly through them (ie Viator, Get Your Guide).
