Looking for something to do outdoors in downtown Vancouver? Downtown Vancouver Mystery Nights return this summer with lots of game options 7 days a week, including evening games at 5:30PM, 6PM, 6:30PM and 7PM.

All of our games start and end within walking distance of parkades, bus stops and skytrain stations in downtown Vancouver. You don’t need to know the city to play – all games include a map and determining the route is part of the fun. Locals and visitors enjoy exploring the city while immersed in a mystery and the game routes are a great way to discover shops, restaurants and other activities. Make a day of it! Crime in Downtown – The Detective Challenge

7 days a week at 11AM, 1:30PM, 2PM, 5PM, 5:30PM | $35 per player (+GST) | Gastown | 2 hours 

Thirteen years ago Jimmy Capello was found dead in his downtown Vancouver apartment — strangled, poisoned, and stabbed. Now the Police Department has re-opened the cold case and it’s up to you to solve it. You have two hours to earn your detective badge.

Was the killer casino boss Greg Flament? World famous psychiatrist Susan Slater? Or party girl heiress Janet Evans? Armed with your detective kit, a map and a team of your closest friends, you’ll try to prove you have what it takes to work homicide in the big city.

Explore historic Gastown during your crime scene investigation! You will see the Gastown Steam Clock, shops along Water Street, Maple Tree Square, the Woodward Building, Victory Square and Harbour Center along the way. Get a close look at unique historic architecture, including some of the oldest surviving buildings in Vancouver, as well as public art and landmarks such as the cenotaph at Victory Square and Waterfront Station (built in 1914 by the Canadian Pacific Railway).

Secret Mission – Save the City

7 days a week at 12:30PM, 1pM, 2:30, 3PM, 3:30PM, 6PM, 6:30PM, 7PM | $35 per player (+GST) | Downtown Vancouver | 2 hours 

We have intercepted a threatening message from an evil organization with plans to destroy Vancouver.  The mayor has secretly put out a call for the best private spy units out there. You have two hours to locate the leader and save the city.

Are you ready for your secret mission? Gather your spy unit and sign up. Then, watch for further instructions. You will be met by a Special Agent, who will give you everything you need to save Vancouver, including a map and a spy kit.

Be the hero of your very own spy action adventure – is the mission impossible? You will pass through downtown Vancouver’s bustling shopping district while solving challenges and then do your best to save the city under the shadows of the impressive towers in Vancouver’s business district. Can you find the secret park tucked away between the buildings? Other sights along the way: the classic Vancouver Art Gallery, the haunted Hotel Vancouver, the art deco Marine Building and more.

Heroes and Villains – A Superhero Quest

7 days a week at 12PM, 4PM Kids Games at 10:30AM, 11:30AM, 4:30PM  | $35 per player (+GST) | Coal Harbour | 2 hours 

Can you stop supervillain Muck Monster from flooding the city with rain? Find Muck Monster and stop her weather control machine now and you will find out how to save the whole planet!

Sign up with your super friends and collect your superpowers from Agent X who will meet you at the beginning of your adventure (watch your email inbox for directions to your secret start location).

Your superhero quest will take you away from the main streets of downtown Vancouver and over to Coal Harbour’s sea wall, harbour, parks and convention centres. Get close to some remarkable public art along the way as sea planes buzz over head while enjoying the beautiful views of Stanley Park and the North Shore. So many photo opps! And so many patios to visit afterwards…
