What if I need to change my booking date or time?

If you booked your game directly with us, contact us to change your date or time. If you're not sure, check your booking confirmation email to see where you booked (and look for instructions there). Can I play last-minute?

Absolutely! The cut off is time varies depending on what site you are using to book a game. You can also book a last-minute game by phone as long as we have space available. Call or SMS and we'll do our best to find y0u a time to play today:  778-707-1962

How far in advance can I book?

You can sign up for a game several months in advance. Games run every 30 minutes, 362 days a year but time slots may not be available on our ticketing software yet if the date you want is far into the future. We do not have a limit for private games or you might consider [...]

Is there an age requirement?

How early should I arrive?

Please plan for everyone in your booking to arrive 5 minutes before the start time. Keep traffic/parking or transit in mind before leaving to avoid arriving late (if you are not familiar with the area plan to be 10 minutes early). Games start one time so you may miss the introduction if you are late.
